I guess I´m catching up a bit...
We *have* noticed that Grecia is pricier than Orosí. We admittedly went to the Perimercado, which is an expensive supermarket, but we also went to the central market. Examples: chicken breast is about $1 per kilogram more in Grecia (my upbringing tells me that that adds up); a bottle of soda in a restaurant is 200 colones more in Grecia, compared to 500 colones ($1) in Orosí.
