We had food delivered – we had help with that – you have to be able to tell them the “address” (no street numbers; you use descriptions and distance from a landmark), and you have to tell them what bill you will pay with (they bring exact change only). Then you listen for a honking horn and go outside to flag them down – it is a pretty efficient system, given the circumstances.
