Yesterday we saw a giant dust devil - it showed above the tops of 2-story buildings, and tossed dust and garbage everywhere. Not 2 minutes later, a huge gust of wind came down the street we were on (we had - fortunately - just finished eating lunch), and spewed dust everywhere!
A minute later, it was as if nothing had happened (except for the dust). Did I mention the dust?
My teacher said that one year, Heredia had 3 tornados (NOT dust devils).
