More Flowering Trees!

When I was in Puriscal last weekend, the Cortesas Amarillas were in full, glowing bloom!


Some of the blossoms fell - here's what they look like...

  2. This looks to be Tabebuia ochracea, which is found scattered around the country.

    I asked a botanist about this one, to be sure, and he agreed that is the likelier choice.
